What we collect
When you send an enquiry through the form, we process the details you enter:
- name, email address and, if you provide them, company name and phone number,
- the service you are interested in and your message,
- which page you sent the enquiry from and where you came to the site from (e.g. Google search or an ad campaign).
Purpose and legal basis
We use this data only to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote and, if we agree on a project, to deliver it (steps taken at your request before entering into a contract and performance of a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Who processes the data for us
- Hetzner Online GmbH, Germany: website hosting.
- Google Ireland Ltd.: email (the enquiry is delivered to our inbox).
If you contact us via WhatsApp or email, the terms of that service also apply to the message.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a project are deleted within 12 months. If we work together, we keep the data for the duration of the project and as long as accounting and tax rules require.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct and erase your data, to restrict processing, to object and to data portability. Send your request to the contact above. You can lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP, azop.hr).
